경제가 내우외환의 이중고를 겪고 있는 가운데 중소기업의 어려움은 더욱 심화되고 있다. 이는 대기업보다 빠른 중소기업 재고지수의 상승 추세와 이익률의 급감 등이 우리 중소기업이 갈림길에 처해 있음을 보여주고 있는 현상이다.중소기업의 취약한 경쟁력이 전체 산업의 경쟁력을 약화시키는 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 중소기업 CEO들은 현 상황을 위기로 인식하고 있다. 중소기업인들의 위기의식은 위험수준을 넘고 있는 상황이다. 불확실성으로 가득한 현대의 경영 환경 하에서 효과적인 혁신 경영 전략의 수립과 실행이 갖는 중요성은 그 어느 때 보다 강조되고 있다.결국 모든 기업과 경영자들이 배워야 할 성공 전략의 요건은 바로 “변화”이다. 기업으로 하여금 끊임없이 새로운 계획을 만들고 실천하게 했던 변화, 그 자체를 이제는 최선의 전략으로 받아들여야 한다는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 변화들은 기업의 방향성과 변화의 상호 연관성이라는 두 가지 큰 흐름에 부합하면서 이루어진다는 것이다.
Abstract
Our economy has faced internal and external troubles. It makes small and medium businesses get worse. Inventory index in a small and medium business has been in upward trend, and ratio of net income to net sales has swung downward rapidly. It shows that small and medium businesses is standing at the turning point. Weak international competitiveness in a small and medium business weakens our industry competitiveness. CEOs think that our small and medium businesses are at a crisis. The reality of our national economy is getting worse and worse. It is emphasized that we work out and carry out business innovation strategies because modern business environment is full of uncertainty. After all, the primary factor of success ischanges, which all CEOs and companies keep in mind. The changes make businesses work out and carry out new plans. Now we have to accept them as the best strategy. These changes have relation to the course of companies.
