중소기업의 조직간 정보시스템 이용의도에 대한 컴퓨터 자기효능감의 조절효과에 관한 연구

초록

조직간 정보시스템(IOS)과 같은 혁신기술에 대한 조직의 이해정도와 준비도는 수용자의 정보기술에 대한 자신감이나 능력에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 또한 IOS의 채택여부에 따라 기업은 각기 다른 상황과 조건에 처하게 되고, 이로 인하여 IOS 이용의도는 각각 다른 요인들에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다. 본 연구는 채택여부에 따라 이용의도에 대한 영향요인이 어떤 차이를 보이는지 알아보았다. 또한 중소기업의 정보기술 채택과 이용에 있어서 컴퓨터 자기효능감이 중요한 역할을 한다고 가정하고 영향요인들과의 상호작용을 통해 IOS 이용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 결과에 따르면 IOS 채택여부에 따라 혁신기술에 대한 이해 정도와 IT 준비도가 명확한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 이용의도에 대한 영향요인도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 컴퓨터 자기효능감은 IOS 이용의도에 대하여 일부 요인들(상대적 이점, 적합성, 복잡성)과 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The degree of understanding innovation technology such as IOS and organizational IT readiness can be varied according to adopter's ability or self-efficacy to use information technology. For the different conditions in adopter or non-adopter, there may be some differences of influencing factors on the intention of IOS usage between adopter and non-adopter. In this point, the study attempts to find the differences of influencing factors between adopter and non-adopter and to identify the moderating effect of computer self-efficacy with various factors to intention of IOS usage. The result shows that there are some clear differences between adopter and non-adopter and computer self-efficacy with some factors(relative advantage, compatibility, complexity) has the moderating effect on the intention of IOS usage.
