초록

본 연구는 중소기업 ERP 확산과정에서 최고경영자 자기효능감, 조직행동, 이용성과, 확장이용의도 사이의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 선행연구의 검토를 통해서 최고경영자 ERP 수용 자기효능감의 두 가지 하위 구성개념(이해효능감과 조정효능감)을 정의하고 측정항목을 개발하여 조직행동(결과기대감, 준비도, 적응도)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 가정하였다. 그리고 조직행동은 이용성과에 영향을 미치고, 이용성과는 확장이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구모형 검증을 위해 현재 ERP 활용 중소기업을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 총123부의 설문지를 회수하였으며, 구조방정식모델을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 이해효능감은 세 가지 조직행동에 영향을 미치며, 조정효능감은 준비도와 적응도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과기대감과 적응도는 이용성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 이용성과는 확장이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

This study attempts to find the relationships among CEO ERP self-efficacy, the organizational behaviors (ERP expectation, ERP readiness, and ERP accommodation) for ERP diffusion, the performance of ERP use, and the intention of ERP extension use. Through reviewing the related literatures, it defines CEO ERP self-efficacy and develop its sub constructs(ERP understanding self-efficacy and ERP controling self-efficacy) and establishes the research model to show the relationship among CEO ERP self-efficacy, the organizational behaviors for ERP diffusion, the performance of ERP use, and the intention of ERP extension use. This study conducted the survey for SMEs, which are using ERP, and total 123 responses are used for the statistical analysis with LISREL to test the research model. The results show that CEO ERP understanding self-efficacy has significant effects on all of the organizational behaviors for ERP diffusion, CEO ERP controling self-efficacy does on ERP readiness and ERP accommodation, and ERP expectation and ERP accommodation among the organizational behaviors have positive effects on the performance of ERP use in SMEs. Also, it is found the higher performance of ERP, the higher intention of ERP extension use.
