본 논문은 세계만들기로서의 퀴어정치학에 주목하면서 사회적으로 몫이 없는 자들이 만들어온 퀴어와 장애여성과의 연대의 고리들, 노동현장에서의 연대의 의미들을 통해서 이루어진 교차적인 운동의 역사들을 드러내고자 한다. 운동을 통해서 획득된 교차적 관점은(movement intersectionality) 정체성에 기반한 그룹이나, 커뮤니티와 다르게, 여성, 퀴어, 장애, 노동현장과의 만남이나, 접촉을 통해서 구축되어온 퀴어정치학의 계보를 형성해 왔다. 규범적인 존재의 의미를 변형시켜온 정치적인장으로서의 퀴어정치학은 자연스럽게 주어진 것이 아니며, 연결된 감각을 만들어 온저항과 연대의 계보를 통해서 구성된다. 그러한 연대는 제도에 안착하는 것이 아니라 제도가 부여하는 프레임을 변형하는 것이자 프레임에 개입하는 운동이며, 주변화된 존재들과의 정동적인 연결성을 통해서 형성된다. 무지개 깃발, 무지개 시위, 퀴어버스는 하나의 대상이 아니라 규범화된, 주류화된 시공간에 개입해온 정치적인 장을 상징하며, 그러한 정치적인 장은 정체성의 범주로 구획된 삶이 아니라, ‘나중에’로 밀리는 비주류 운동의 계보와 연결된다. 교차적 연결감을 통해서 변형되어 온, 또 다른 존재로 트랜스 되는 정치의 현장들에 주목하면서 '퀴어' 내부에서도 연대의 현장에서 어떻게 변형되어 왔는지? 그리고 장애여성 운동이나 노동운동과의 접촉을 통해서 어떻게 또 다른 연결감과 연대로 이어지고, 확장되는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해서, 1) 무지개깃발, 무지개 시위, 퀴어버스가 하나의 대상이 아니라 존재를 재정의하는 정치적인 장에서 어떻게 정동적인 연결성을 만들어 왔는지, 그러한 연결성이 퀴어내부 뿐만 아니라 교차적인 운동의 역사와 어떻게 만나는지에 대해 주목하고자한다. 2) 무엇보다, 장애여성 공감과 퀴어활동가의 지속적인 연대나, 활동이 가능하게 된 조건이나, 맥락을 살펴봄과 동시에 노동운동과의 연대의 고리들이 형성되게된 계기들을 통해서 교차적인 연결감을 만들어 온 퀴어 정치학의 한 지형을 파악하고자 한다.
Abstract
This paper examines the genealogy that has built the connected senses through the intersection of women, queer, disability and the labor field, which is different from groups or communities based on one’s identity. Queer politics as a political arena having transformed the meaning of the normative being is not naturally given, but structured through the genealogy of the struggle and solidarity for making the connected senses. The solidarity is not settled in the institutions, but formed through affective connectedness with the marginalized beings. Paying attention to the queer politics as world-making, this paper aims to reveal the intersectional movements history formed through the links of solidarity queers and disabled women and the solidarity meanings at the labor fields. To do this, this paper attempts to comprehend – 1) what the meanings of the Rainbow Flags, Rainbow Demonstrations and Queer Bus are in the context of queer movements genealogy and how such meanings construct affective connectedness in the political arena of solidarity; 2) the context able to continue solidarity of WDE (Women with Disabilities Empathy) and queer activists, and moreover the terrain of queer politics that is not demarcated in a category of identity formed through links of solidarity with labor movements fields.
