ICT활용교육 관련 변인들에 관한 고찰

본 연구는 ICT활용교육과 관련되는 다양한 변인들간의 관계 및 영향을 종합적으로 살펴봄으로써 ICT활용교육 활성화를 위한 주요 변인을 탐색하는데 있다. 전국의 초등학교 특수학급 교사 336명을 대상으로 하는 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 교사효능감은 ICT활용기술 중요도 인식에 대하여 3%의 설명력을 갖고 있으며, ICT활용능력 인식과는 관계 및 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 ICT활용능력 인식은 교사효능감에 대해 9%의 설명력을 갖는다. 둘째, ICT활용기술 중요도 인식은 ICT활용능력 인식에 대해 10%의 설명력을 그리고 ICT활용능력 인식은 ICT활용기술 중요도 인식에 대해 5%의 설명력을 갖는다. 그리고 ICT활용기술 중요도 인식과 ICT활용교육 시간간에는 관계가 없으며 영향력도 없었다.셋째, ICT활용교육 시간에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 변인은 교사효능감으로, 교사효능감은 ICT활용능력 인식의 영향을 받는다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate which factors influence the teacher toward ICT utilization. To accomplish this purpose, we selected 336 people out of teachers of 3,248 elementary school special class teachers from all over the country, using proportionate stratified sampling.The conclusion of present study was as follows;1. Teacher-efficacy influence recognition of ICT utilization importance but does not have relation and effect at ability of ICT use. Ability of ICT use available for explain the teacher-efficacy.2. Recognition of ICT utilization importance is effected by ability of ICT use and ability of ICT use is effected by recognition of ICT utilization importance. But there is no relation as well as influence between recognition of ICT utilization importance and ICT utilization education.3. The most important factor is teacher-efficacy and it is influenced by ability of ICT use.
