초등교실수업과정에서 ICT 활용에 영향을 미치는 교사요인 분석

본 연구는 초등학교 교실수업과정에서 ICT 활용에 영향을 미치는 교사의 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 교사의 배경요인들간에 따라 교실 수업과정에서 ICT활용정도에 차이가 있는지, 그리고 교사의 개인적인 성향들이 ICT 활용 수업에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고자 하였다. 303명 교사들의 설문지가 분석되었다. 설문지는 교사의 성별, 교육경력, 담당학년, ICT 연수정도, ICT활용능력 등의 배경요인들과 ICT에 대한 태도, 자기효능감, 교육철학, 변화에 대한 개방성 등의 개인성향으로 구분되었다. 그리고 교실수업과정에서 ICT활용정도를 묻는 문항들로 구성되었다. 배경변인별 차이를 검증하기 위해 t-검증과 ANOVA를 활용하였으며, 개인성향이 ICT 활용에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 단계적 중다회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 남자교사가, 담당학년이 높을 수록, ICT 관련 연수를 많이 받을 수록, ICT 활용능력이 높을 수록 교실 수업과정에서 ICT 활용도가 높았다. 또한, 변화에 대한 개방성이 초등학교 교실수업과정에서 ICT활동도를 예측하는데 의미있는 변인으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate how ICT use is different by the teachers' backgrounds and how teachers' personal dispositions affect ICT use in elementary classroom teaching. To achieve the purpose, 303 elementary teachers in D metropolitan city have responded on a questionnaire to measure; 1) teachers' backgrounds; 2) teachers' personal dispositions such as attitude on the ICT, self-efficacy, educational philosophy, innovativeness, and training on ICT; and 3) teachers' ICT use level in classroom teaching. Data were analyzed using t-test and ANOVA to examine differences in ICT use among teachers' background and using stepwise multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of teachers' personal dispositions on ICT use in elementary classroom teaching. Results were as follows: First, male teachers, high-grader teachers, teachers with high ability of technology, and trained teachers have showed higher level of ICT use than others. Second, innovativeness among teachers' personal dispositions was a significant variable to predict ICT use in elementary classroom teaching.
