Abstract

In rapid changes and complicated structure of modern society, people cannot form their own identity and a sense of independence, and lose mutual sense of solidarity and spirit of cooperation among themselves, making them more atomized, fragmented and self-centered. I think that it's because false theory of Neo-liberalism which governs our sense and behavior plants itself at the bottom of such trend of public opinion. One positive aspect of changes by the influence of Neo-liberalism is to provide necessary education to customers in an appropriate way on customers' sides moving away from existing uniform education centering masters. Besides, it is to try to always develop new and qualified programs through steady efforts in order to beat the competition with other Taekwondo gym and other sports event. On the other hand, a negative aspect is that due to introduction of business savvy, maximizing profits, existing traditional education is in eclipse and all kinds of playing activities rampant in Taekwondo training, and such quantitative expansion leads to identity crisis of Taekwondo gym. Accordingly, this study aims to provide standard for establishing the right educational philosophy for training Taekwondo to contemporary Taekwondo masters who are lost without sportsmanship and to propose some advices for development of future Taekwondo gym by exploring the influence of Neo-liberalism on educational philosophy of Taekwondo master in depth.
