성경은 명백하게 우리 구주께서 구속사역을 수행하실 때 무엇인가 실제로 제거하셨음을 가르친다. 유감스럽게도 많은 한글 성경번역본은 로마서 8;3을 정확하게 번역하지 않아서 성경의 진리를 독자들이 바르게 이해하는 일을 방해했다. 어거스틴과 특별히 루터와 칼빈을 포함한 종교개혁자들은 이 문제를 잘 파악하고 있었고 그것에 따라 기독론을 정립했다. 스위스의 제 1 헬베틱 고배서는 구원자의 몸에 대해 애매하게 표현했으니 제 2 헬베틱 고백서는 그것을 명확하게 표현했다. 게다가 프랑소와 튜레틴은 해석은 이 주제에 대해 성경적인 주석에 구체적으로 기반을 둔 명확한 해석으로 보인다. 독일의 하이델베르크신앙교육서는 구원자가 타락한 아담의 몸을 취했음을 표현한다. 벨직고백서와 네델란드의 개혁교회 신학자들은 매우 분명하게 구원자의 몸이 타락한 아담의 몸과 일치함을 보여준다. 프랑스 고백서는 일반적으로 구원자가 타락한 아담의 몸을 취했음을 보여주나 벨직고백서 만큼 명확하게 그렇지는 않다. 전체적으로 보아 유럽 대륙 고백서들은 구원자가 타락 후 아담의 몸을 취했음을 보여준다고 할 수 있다. 이로 보건대 대륙 개혁교회 신앙고백서들은 타락 전 아담의 몸을 말하는 칼빈의 기독교강요 II,13,4를 주목하지 않고 타락 후 아담의 몸을 말하는 기독교강요의 다른 부분과 그의 주석을 주목한 것으로 볼 수 있다.
Abstract
The Bible clearly instructs us that our Saviour has eliminated something practically by carrying out the Redemption. Regretfully, a number of the Korean Bible translations hinder the readers from understanding the Biblical truth due to their inaccurate translations of Romans 8:3. Augustine and the Reformers particularly Luther and Calvin were well aware of this issue and set up the Christology in accordance with it. The first Helvetic Confession from the two confessions in Swiss expressed about the body of the Savior equivocally whereas the second Helvetic Confession did it cleary. In addition, Fracis Turrettin``s interpretation is seen as a clear explanation of this subject which is very concrete based on the Biblical exposition. The Heidelberg Catechism of Germany presents that the Savior took the body of the fallen Adam. The Belgic Confession and theologians of the Reformed Church in the Netherlands present it very clearly that the body of the Savior coincides with the body of the fallen Adam. The French Confession represents in general that the Savior took the body of the fallen Adam, but not as cleary as the Belgic Confession. We can assert that as a whole the Confessions from Europe present the body of the Savior as the body of the fallen Adam. In this regard the European reformed confessions pay closer attention to other Institutes than the Calvin’s Christian Religion Institutes II, 13,4, which explains the body of the Saviour as the body of the fallen Adam.
