실습수퍼비전 만족을 높이는 수퍼비전 유형과 기법에 관한 사회복지현장실습생의 경험

초록

본 연구는 실습수퍼비전 만족을 높이는 수퍼비전의 유형과 기법에 관해 사회복지현장실습생의 경험을 이해하여 효율적인 실습수퍼비전을 위한 방향을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 사회복지현장실습을 경험한 실습생 12명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고, 귀납적 접근을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 22개의 주제와 9개의 주제묶음으로 범주화되었다. 분석결과로 나타난 주제는 개별수퍼비전 : ‘개별적 존재로의 존중이 실습태도에 원동력’, 동료수퍼비전 : ‘실습생들 간 동기부여’, 현장수퍼비전 : ‘현장경험을 통한 실제적 학습’, 즉각수퍼비전 : ‘업무 적용능력 향상’, 역할극 : ‘실제 같은 경험으로 인식 전환’, 모델링 : ‘보고 배우고 차이점 인식’, 코칭 :‘위기상황능력 향상’, 과제주기 : ‘문서작성능력 향상’, 영상촬영 : ‘자신의 의사소통 스타일 인식’이다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 사회복지현장실습생의 실습수퍼비전 만족을 높이는 수퍼비전 유형 및 기법과 관련해서 실천적 함의를 제언하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand perceived experiences by students in social welfare field practicum about the types and techniques of supervision that can increase practicum supervision satisfaction, ultimately seeking direction for more effective practicum supervision. For this purpose, the study conducted individual and focus-group interviews with 12 students who had experiences of social welfare field practicum. Then data were collected from the interviews, and analyzed through a qualitative approach. From the analysis, 22 themes and 9 categories of those themes were obtained. The categorized supervision types included individual supervision: ‘having the opportunity of self-reflection’, peer supervision: ‘motivation between practicum students’, on-site supervision: ‘noticing immediately on the site’and instant supervision: ‘improving skills of adaptation to jobs’. Key supervision techniques, which were identified in this study, and their points included role play: ‘understanding clients’, modeling: ‘seeing, learning and perceiving differences’, coaching: ‘improving skills of coping with crisis’, setting tasks: ‘improving skills of documentation’and taking motion images: ‘perceiving styles of communication with oneself’. Based on these findings, this study made practical suggestions about which types and techniques of supervision can raise the practicum supervision satisfaction of students in social welfare field practicum.
