사회복지현장실습교육이 사회복지학 전공학생의 사회복지 효능감 향상에 미치는 영향: 기관슈퍼비전과 학교연계의 상호작용효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 사회복지현장실습의 내용과 기관의 슈퍼비전이 사회복지학 전공학생의 사회복지 효능감 향상과 관계가 있는지를 파악한 연구다. 아울러 기관슈퍼비전과 지도교수 방문의 상호작용효과가 사회복지 효능감 향상에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 사회복지학 전공학생 173명 대상으로 실습전-후 사회복지 효능감 차이를 t-test를 통해 확인한 결과 현장실습 전과 실습 후의 효능감은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 타나났다. 실습내용에 있어서는 프로그램기획, 사례관리, 상담의 실습을 경험한 집단이 경험을 하지 않은 집단보다 사회복지 효능감 변화치 평균이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 전체 실습내용 중 단순행정업무가 차지하는 비중이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 사회복지 효능감 변화치 평균이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 실습슈퍼비전의 경우 정기적 슈퍼비전을 제공받은 집단과 실습지도교수가 실습지를 방문을 한 경우 사회복지 효능감 변화치의 평균이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 기관에서 제공된 실습슈퍼비전과 지도교수의 실습기관방문의 도움정도가 사회복지 효능감 향상에 미치는 상호작용효과를 상호작용 회귀분석을 통해 파악한 결과 p<.05에서 △R².11로 사회복지 효능감 향상에 있어 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 통해 사회복지현장실습의 질 제고를 위한 함의를 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing Social Work Self-Efficacy(SWSE) of social welfare undergraduate students, focusing on the interaction effects of practicum agency and the faculty field liaisons on the enhancement of SWSE. The changes in pre- and post-practicum Social Work Self-Efficacy showed statistically significant difference. The analysis of data indicates that the groups which experienced field instruction such as program planning, case management, and counseling showed higher level of SWSE than the other groups which did not. The groups which experienced mainly simple administrative work as field instruction showed relatively lower level of SWSE. In addition, the groups which received regular supervision from practicum agencies and the groups in which professors visited the practicum agencies showed higher level of SWSE. Finally, the study finds that the level of supervision by practicum agencies and the professor's visit to practicum agencies have statistically significant interaction effects on the enhancement of SWSE.
