초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 상담자의 윤리적 민감성 측정 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 고찰을 통해 상담자의 윤리적 민감성을 ‘상담 상황의 윤리적 딜레마를 인식하고 해석하는 능력’으로 정의하고, 윤리적 민감성의 구성요소를 ‘중요한 사실의 지각’과 ‘다른 사람에게 미칠 결과의 지각’으로 설정하였다. 상담자의 윤리적 민감성 측정 도구는 한국적 상담 상황의 윤리적 딜레마 사례 3개와 반구조화 질문 문항 각 2개로 구성된 상황 판단적 지필 검사이며, 응답자의 서술형 답변을 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하고 구조화한 채점 체계를 갖추었다. 윤리적 딜레마 사례는 상담경력 7년 이상의 숙련 상담자 10명의 심층면담을 통해 수집한 윤리적 딜레마 경험과 상담교육전문가 9명의 평정을 통해 선정한 윤리 요목 10개에 기초하여 개발되었으며, 질적 연구 방법에 따른 신뢰 가치성을 검증하는 과정을 통해 최종 3개로 확정되었다. 채점 체계는 ‘중요한 사실의 지각(0∼3점)’과 다른 사람에게 미칠 결과의 지각(0∼2점)의 두 영역으로 구분하고, 각 영역에 채점 기준, 상세 채점표 및 응답 예시를 구조화하였다. 채점 기준은 3개의 사례에서 모두 동일하나, 상세 채점표와 응답 예시는 상담자 18명의 사례별 응답 반응을 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하고 그 결과에 따라 다르게 설정하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a tool for measuring ethical sensitivity of Korean counselors. In this study, through literature review, the counselor’s ethical sensitivity is defined as ‘the ability to perceive and interpret the ethical dilemma in the counseling situations’ and the components of ethical sensitivity are set as ‘the perception of the critical facts’ and ‘the perception of consequences on others’. The counselor’s ethical sensitivity measurement tool is a situation-judgment paper–pencil test consisting of three ethical dilemma cases of Korean counseling situations and two semi-structured questions per case, and it has a scoring system structured by analyzing the respondents’ descriptive answers in a qualitative research method. Firstly the ethical dilemma cases were developed based on ethical dilemma experience collected from in-depth interview with 10 experienced counselors with more than 7 years and 10 ethical items selected by evaluation with 9 counseling education experts. Three cases were finally confirmed through the verification of the trustworthiness of the qualitative research method. The scoring system is composed of two domains; ‘the perception of critical fact’(0 to 3points) and ‘the perception of consequences on others’(0 to 2points), and each domain has scoring criteria, detailed scoring tables, and response examples. The scoring criteria are the same in all three cases, but the detailed scoring table and response examples were set differently according to the results after analyzing the responses of 18 counselors for each case by qualitative research method.
