본 연구는 수퍼바이지가 지각한 수퍼바이저의 문화적 겸손이 수퍼비전 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 수퍼바이저의 문화적 겸손과 수퍼비전 만족도와의 관계에서 수퍼비전 작업동맹 및 수퍼바이지 개방의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 최근 1년 이내에 개인 수퍼비전을 받은 경험이 있는 총 312명의 수퍼바이지의 자료를 분석하였다. SPSS 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro를 사용하여 검증한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수퍼바이지가 지각한 수퍼바이저의 문화적 겸손, 수퍼비전 작업동맹, 수퍼바이지 개방, 수퍼비전 만족도의 상관관계 분석 결과, 모든 변인 간 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 수퍼바이저의 문화적 겸손은 수퍼비전 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있었으며, 수퍼비전 작업동맹과 수퍼바이지 개방은 각각 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다. 셋째, 수퍼바이저의 문화적 겸손과 수퍼비전 만족도와의 관계에서 수퍼비전 작업동맹과 수퍼바이지 개방이 이중매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of supervisor cultural humility as perceived by supervisees on supervision satisfaction and to identify the mediating effects of supervisory working alliance and supervisee disclosure in the relationship between supervisee perceived supervisor cultural humility and supervision satisfaction. Data from 312 supervisees who had received individual supervision within the past year were analyzed. Using SPSS 25.0 and the SPSS PROCESS macro, the results of the study are as follows. First, all variables, supervisee perceived supervisor cultural humility, supervision working alliance, supervisee disclosure, supervision satisfaction, showed statistically significant correlations. Second, the cultural humility of the supervisor had a direct impact on supervision satisfaction, while the supervisory working alliance and supervisee disclosure partially mediated this relationship. Third, in the relationship between supervisor cultural humility and supervision satisfaction, supervisory working alliance and supervisee disclosure showed a significant dual mediating effect. Based on these findings, the study presented its significance, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
