놀이치료사의 가정방문 놀이치료 체험에 관한 현상학적 연구

초록

이 연구는 놀이치료사의 가정방문 놀이치료에 관한 현상학적 체험 연구이다. 본 연구는 연구 참여자 3인을 대상으로 하여 개방화된 질문과 반 구조화된 질문을 통한 심층 자료와 연구자의 가정방문 놀이치료 기록들을 가지고 현상학적 자료 분석 및 절차로 이루어졌다. 연구결과 가정방문 놀이치료사의 체험은 ‘오감으로 느끼기(스캔)’, ‘당연했던 일상을 새롭게 보기’, ‘잘 안 그려지는 때’, ‘예기치 못한 상황' 네 가지로 이해되었다. 또한 이와 같은 현상학적 특징을 통해 가정방문 경험의 의미는 ‘관계: 나와 네가 아닌 우리’와 ‘반성: 순수 자아’이다. 내담자의 마음을 깊이 이해한다는 것은 우리가 되는 체험이다. 반성을 통한 상담자의 성장은 상담자로서 기존의 틀에 박힌 일상적인 태도에 대한 반성이었으며, 자기 나름의 상담자로서의 철학을 만들어가는 것임이 드러났다.

Abstract

This study is a phenomenological experience research on home visiting play therapy. The data was based on the interviews of three home visiting counselors and the researcher’s recording. This study utilizes a phenomenological approach to methods and processes in its analysis. The results of the study show the following: Home visiting play therapists’ experiences involved multi-sensory experience, included a fresh perspective, achieved clarity through observation and a status of unexpectation. Through these phenomenological characteristics, experiential meaning of home visiting play therapy is revealed by not an "I and you" but an "us" in relationship and "pure consciousness" in self-reflection. To be "us" means to gain a deep understanding of the clients. The growth of the therapist through reflection enhances their routine attitude as a therapist and revealed a maturing individual professional philosophy.
