본 연구는 놀이치료사를 대상으로 구체적인 상황과 생각을 알아보고자 연구 참여자들의 경험을 바탕으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국 놀이치료학회에서 인정하는 놀이치료 전문가 자격증 및 놀이치료사 자격증 소지자와 10년 이상 놀이치료 경험을 가진 자 10명을 연구 참여자들의 표집 틀로 구성하고 놀이치료전문가 집단을 선정하여 비구조화된 면접을 2차에 걸쳐 실시한 후 이들 자료를 합의적 질적 연구 방법(Consensual Qualitative Research: CQR)에 의하여 분석하였다. 분석과정을 통하여 최종 4개의 영역과 9개의 범주를 도출하였고, 연구결과 첫째, 초기 부모 상담에서 중요하다고 생각하는 요소에서 치료자 요인에는 지식적 측면․정서적 측면을, 부모요인으로는 지식적 측면․정서적 측면․환경적 측면을 중요한 요소로 지각한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자가 높은 성과를 위해 알고 다루어야 할 것은 모두 치료자 요인이며 지식적 측면, 정서적 측면의 두 가지 범주로 나뉘었다. 셋째, 부모 상담 시 적절하거나 효과적이라고 생각했던 방법이나 기법도 모두 치료자 요인에 속하며 교육적 측면과 치료적 측면 두 가지 범주로 나뉘었다. 본 연구는 놀이치료에서 부모 상담에 관한 전반적인 경험에 대한 생생한 보고를 통해 부모 상담에 중요한 요소들과 기법들을 알 수 있었다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study was performed to evaluate the strategy on the specific components and parents counseling process based on the experience of the study participants experience as a therapist in the counseling of parents regarding. Ten playtherapists who were fully qualified with the Korean Association for Play Therapy participated in this study. All the participants have had, on average, 10 years experience supervising counseling trainees. The participants were interviewed in depth and the data was analyzed by the method of Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR). The analyses included 4 domains and 9 categories; the result summarized as follow. First, initial parent counseling of playtherapist's influencing characteristics included knowledgable factors, emotional factors. Initial parent counseling of parental influencing characteristics include knowledgable factors, emotional factors, environment factors. Second, parental consultation development and performance-related factors include 3 factors: knowledgable factors, emotional factors. Fourth, the techniques and strategies of appropriate and effective parent consultation included 2 factors: educational factors and therapeutic factors. This study is important in couseling parents for parent counseling on the overall has significance experience through vivid reporting elements and techniques in play therpy.
