공격성향 아동의 또래관계 개선을 위한 자기조절 중심 집단게임놀이치료 사례연구

초록

본 연구는 자기조절 중심 집단게임놀이치료가 공격성향 아동의 또래관계 개선에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 D시에 소재 한 K초등학교에서 공격성향으로 또래관계에 어려움이 있는 5학년 아동 4명이며, 자기조절 중심 집단게임놀이치료는 주 2회씩 5주간 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 아동의 공격성과 하위영역인 신체적 공격성, 언어적 공격성, 우회적 공격성, 부정성, 흥분성, 적의성을 감소시키는데 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 아동의 또래관계와 하위영역인 도움, 배타성, 인정, 자기표현, 갈등 해결을 향상 시키는데 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 또래관계 기술인 협력, 자기주장, 자아통제 행동이 회기 내에 증가하는 양상을 보였다. 따라서 자기조절 중심 집단게임놀이치료는 공격성향 아동의 또래관계 개선에 효과적인 사례연구로 검증할 수 있었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-control focused group game play therapy on the improvement of peer relations of aggressive children. The research target is four fifth graders who have difficulty in peer relations due to their aggressive behavior at K elementary school in D city, and self-control focused group game play therapy was conducted a total of 10 times for five weeks, twice a week. The results of the study are as follows. First, it affected children's aggressiveness and sub-areas: physical aggression, verbal aggression, bypass aggression, negativity, excitement and hostility. Second, it influenced children's peer relationships and sub-areas: help, exclusivity, recognition, self-expression, and conflict resolution. Third, peer-relationship skills such as cooperation, self-assertion and self-control have increased within the session. Therefore, self-control focused group game play therapy can be verified as effective case study to improve peer relations of aggressive children.
