도산 안창호의 건전인격론에 대한 인성교육학적 활용방안

지금의 우리 사회는 유례없는 기술적 경제적 번영을 누리고 있지만 가정과 학교에 도덕적 위기가 발생하고 있으며 이러한 도덕적 위기는 청소년들에게 더욱 심각한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 현상은 우리사회의 인성의 부재에 관한 사회적 위기의식을 촉발시켰으며, 학교 교육에 있어서 인성 함양의 중요성을 부각시켰다. 교육이란 결국 궁극적으로 인간의 바람직한 변화를 추구하고 사람다운 사람을 기르는 가치 지향적인 활동이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도산 안창호의 인간관에 기초한 그의 건전인격론에 대해 알아보고 21세기 인성교육에 접목시켜 활용할 수 있는 방안을 찾아보고자 한다. 도산의 건전인격론을 현대의 인성교육에 활용하여 해결점을 찾고자 하는 본 연구는 현재 한국 사회의 문제들을 해결하는 데 있어 작은 시발점이 될 수 있다. 왜냐하면 도산의 건전인격론은 바람직한 인격을 형성함으로써 올바른 사회를 이루고자 하는 바람이 담긴 사유라고 할 수 있다. 도산의 ‘건전인격론’은 인성교육 내지 전인교육의 성격을 갖는 것이며, 글로벌 시대에 인재양성의 논리와도 부합하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 건전인격이란 도산이 창안한 바람직한 인간상이며 모범인격으로 유교식으로 말하면 군자에 해당된다. 따라서 사회문제에 있어 도산의 건전인격론을 해결방안으로 적용함으로써 올바른 인격을 함양하여 현대 한국 사회의 문제점들을 해결해 나가는 데 있어 큰 의미가 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Our society is enjoying unprecedented technological and economic prosperity, but a moral crisis is occurring at home and school, and this moral crisis is having a more serious impact on teenagers. This phenomenon triggered a sense of social crisis regarding the absence of character in our society, and highlighted the importance of character cultivation in school education. Education is, after all, a value-oriented activity that ultimately pursues desirable changes in humans and fosters human-like people. Therefore, in this study, we would like to find out his sound personality theory based on Dosan Ahn Chang-ho's human view and find a way to use it by incorporating it into character education in the 21st century. This study, which aims to find a solution by using Ahn Chang-ho's sound personality theory in modern personality education, can be a small starting point in solving the problems of current Korean society. This is because Ahn Chang-ho's theory of sound personality can be said to be a reason for the desire to achieve a correct society by forming a desirable personality. Ahn Chang-ho's "sound personality theory" has the characteristics of personality education or whole-person education, and can be said to be consistent with the logic of fostering talent in the global era. Sound personality is a desirable human image created by Ahn Chang-ho, and it is a model personality, and in Confucian terms, it corresponds to Gunja. Therefore, it will be of great significance in solving the problems of modern Korean society by cultivating the right personality by applying Ahn Chang-ho's sound personality theory as a solution to social problems.
