벤야민, 지젝, 아감벤의 폭력 개념과 세계화시대의 인정 투쟁

본 논문의 목적은 벤야민의 폭력 개념과 이에 대한 발전적 해석을 통해 세계화로 인해 발생하는 전형적인 폭력은 무엇이고, 이를 극복할 수있는 대안은 무엇인가를 규명하는데 있다. 그리고 이에 대한 본 논문의주장은 ‘난민’의 등장이 바로 세계화 시대의 전형적 폭력을 규정할 수있는 핵심 열쇠이며, 이를 극복할 수 있는 대안은 ‘비국적적 거류민’의지위와 국민 국가적 영토의 ‘비영토적 사용’을 위한 인정투쟁에 있다는것이다. 본 논문은 이러한 주장에 대한 개념적 정당화를 위해 벤야민의폭력 개념과 이에 대한 지젝과 아감벤의 해석을 칸트의 세계시민사회이념으로 통합시킬 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore on basis of violence-concept of Benjamin and it’s interpretations what is the typical violence in the era of globalization and what is the alternative that can overcome it. And the main argument of this paper is that the emergence of ‘refugee’ is the key to identify the typical violent in the era of globalization and the alternative to overcome it is the recognition of a status as denizens and a extraterritorial use of national territory. For the conceptual justification for this argument I will incorporate the violence-concept of Benjamin and it’s interpretations of Agamben and Žižek to Kant’s idea of world-civil-society.
