초록
In this treatise, by examining the article on the summons of Dalsol Illa, appearing in Bitatsu Dynasty in 『Nihonshogi』, could be confirmed the following facts. The point one is about the fact that the moves of leading clans inside Yamato Court, appearing related with the summons of Dalsol Illa, is directly related to the issue-what we call-of arising and abolishing of bureaucrats from Wae working for Baekje. Illa, whose clan was living in Webuk, is seen as having been dispatched by Otomo to whom Illa was already subjected, and going up to the office, so called Dalsol. Also, as Otomo’s power got weaker and Mononobe’s grew stronger around the late Kinmei Dynasty, Illa’s family is considered having formed multiple bureaucrats working for, namely, Mononobe-moreover, this is a clan raising more than half the Wae bureaucrats for Baekje. Hence, Illa, symbolizing those bureaucrats must have been a political figure, who, with intent and all purposes, was called into being by the influences in Kinai such as Otomo and Mononobe. Besides, the backdrop of such a political case could be explained for several essential reasons: Wae Court had, to some degree, ineptitude for controlling over powerful clans; and some influential families were anxious for advanced civilization. In this paper, I tried to make sure, through the analysis of how a figure connected with the summons of Illa moved, this political issue was concerned with not just Mononobe but also Soa, who on the opposing terms with Mononobe. Specifically, it is thought that Wae Court, whose intent was to stop the relation with those multiple subjects, summoned Illa on the found of so called establishment of new country in Wae by Baekje, and aimed at vanishing of those bureaucrats serving for Baekje in itself under the pretext of a murder case of Illa. Such an inference could be possible through the fact that a group of Kisi under Soa from Bitatsu Dynasty started to participate actively in negotiations with a variety of countries in the Korean Peninsula. Therefore, if Wae Court under which big power is Soa, the family, in the late 6thcentury, had intended fordirectand centralized negotiations with Baekje, its counter part itself would have no more reasons for using those bureaucrats in the diplomatic process. Furthermore, Illa’s attitude in Wae after its summons made the Court throw highly considerable doubt upon himself. In this context, Illa’s case, important enough, made it possible for us to understand why ‘those bureaucrats’ suddenly vanished in to the history in the late 6th century.
