한⋅중⋅일 산업의 국제투입산출구조 및 3국간의 생산파급효과 분석

최근 한·중·일 3국간 무역, 투자 등 여러 분야에 있어 경제적 상호의존관계가 심화되고 있다. 본 연구는 1990-1995-2000년 국제산업연관표를 이용하여 감응도계수, 영향력계수를 분석하고, 투입산출분석에 있어 승수를 분해하여 24개 부문별로 한국, 중국, 일본의 상호의존성의 심화 추이를 분석하고 있다. 분석결과를 보면 한·중·일 3국 모두 광물, 금속기계, 화학제품 등의 감응도계수가 높으며, 일반서비스, 전기·전자·기계 등의 영향력계수가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 3국간의 생산파급효과에 대한 분석결과를 보면 전기·전자·기계, 화학제품, 수송기계 분야에서 한국과 중국의 대일의존도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며. 2000년 이후 전기·전자·기계 등의 부문에서 한국산업의 대중의존도가 급격하게 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국의 섬유·가죽, 금속제품 분야의 생산파급효과는 중국으로부터 수입하던 부품 및 중간재 등의 중국현지 생산 확대에 따라 감소한 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The industrial interdependence between Korea, China, and Japan has deepened through various channels including trade and investment. This study analyzed the index of sensitivity degrees and the index of dispersion power using 1990-1995-2000 international input-output table developed by the institute of developing economies. It also analyzed the industrial interdependence between 24 sectors from Korea, China, and Japan after decomposing the impact multipliers in the international input-output matrices. The results of this study indicated that indexes of sensitivity degrees in other mining and metal products sectors were relatively high while indexes of dispersion power in services and machinery sectors were relatively high. The results from the analysis of inter-regional spillover effects revealed that the dependence of Korea and China on Japan was high in case of machinery, chemical products, and transport equipment sectors. It also turned out that the dependency of Korean sectors including machinery on China increased while the inter-regional spillover effects of Korean textile, leather and metal products sectors on China industries decreased due to the expanded local production of Korean companies in China.
