설문문항의 특성에 따른 비표본오차 사례 분석

본 논문은 동일한 모집단을 대상으로 동일한 목적에서 수행된 통계조사가 설문문항의 특성에 따라 응답에 어떠한 변화가 오는지, 그러한 차이는 어느 정도인지를 파악하고자 한다. 구체적으로는 설문문항 기술내용의 영향과 설문 문항에 내포된 암시(Cue)의 영향을 알아보고자한다.‘설문문항의 특성에 따라 응답 비율이 영향을 받는가’를 목적으로 실시된 본 논문은 설문지 설계단계에서 나타나는 비표본오차의 원인들을 바탕으로, 설문지를 설계하고 대전 시민을 대상으로 2007년 4월 1일부터 4월 14일까지 총 2주간 조사, 분석하였다. 결과, 본 논문에서 조사한 문항의 기술내용, 성격과 설문이 내포하고 있는 암시 등에서 비표본오차가 발생하는 것으로 나타났고, 또한 특별히 오차가 크게 나타나는 그룹이 있는 것이 조사되었다.
Abstract
We investigate how much the responses are influenced by the characteristics of the survey in the questionnaire. We generated 4 different characteristics with respect to the degree of precision of expression, involvement of a proper term, inclusion of positively influential contents, placing positively influential question just in front of the questions of interest. Two different questionnaires are made to find the influence each characteristic. The results show that all 4 characteristics of questions influence significantly on the response patterns and the subgroups which are more influenced relatively to other groups are searched.
