음악치료를 활용한 진로 집단 상담 프로그램이 비행 청소년의 분노 조절, 공격성 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 음악 치료를 활용한 진로집단상담 프로그램이 보호처분을 받고 수용된 비행청소년의 분노감, 공격성 조절과 진로 성숙에 미치는 효과성을 검증하기 위함에 있다. 본 연구의 피험자들은 서울 소년원(고봉 중고등학교) 총 32명으로 실험집단 17명과 통제집단 15명을 배치하여 실시하였다. 실험집단에는 주 1회 90분간의 음악치료를 활용한 진로집단상담 프로그램을 실시하였고, 통제집단은 아무런 실험처치를 가하지 않았다. 프로그램 실시 전 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전 동질성 검사를 실시하였고, 프로그램 종료 후 대상자들의 분노조절, 공격성, 진로태도성숙도, 진로성숙도의 변화정도를 알아보기 위하여 사전-사후 t-검증을 실시하였다. 첫째, 분노조절 사후점수분석결과 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 공격성의 경우 신체적공격성과 분노감 하위영역에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 진로태도성숙도 분석결과 실험집단이 유의미한 향상을 보였고, 진로성숙도에서 전체점수에서 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 높아 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 실험집단 내 사전-사후검사점수 분석결과 분노조절에서 사전점수 가 사후점수 보다 더 높은 것으로 나타나 유의미하였다. 공격성의 신체적 공격성과 언어적 공격성 하위영역에서 사전점수가 사후점수 보다 더 높아 유의미하였다. 진로태도성숙도에서 전체사후점수가 사전점수 보다 더 높아 유의미하였으며, 진로성숙도에서 전체사후점수가 사전점수 보다 더 높아 유의미하였다. 셋째, 통제집단의 사전-사후검사 점수의 차이분석에서 언어적 공격성을 제외한 모든 척도에서 사전점수 및 사후점수 간 차이가 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
he purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of career group counseling that uses music therapy in anger and aggression management and career maturity for juvenile delinquents under probation. The subjects of the study composed of 32 students at the ‘G secondary school’ in Uiwang city. 15 students were the controlled group and 17 students were the experiment group. The experiment group was once a week subjected to 90 minutes of group counseling using music therapy, while the controlled group did not receive any treatment. Equivalence check was conducted before the initiation of the experiment and pre-post t-test was conducted to measure the degree of alteration in anger and aggression management, career attitude maturity and career maturity. First, the experiment group compared to the controlled group showed significant increase in post evaluation score of anger management. As for subcategories of aggression, physical aggression and anger showed significant improvement. Analysis of career attitude maturity showed significant increase in the experiment group and the overall scores for career maturity were higher in the experiment group than the controlled group. Second, analysis of the pre-post test scores within the experiment group showed that there was a significant decrease in the post-experiment anger management test scores compared to the pre-experiment test scores. In the test of aggression, subcategories of physical aggression and verbal aggression showed significantly higher pre-experimental scores compared to the post-experimental scores. Both career attitude maturity score and career maturity score were higher in post-experimental tests. Third, analysis of the difference in the pre-post test scores of the controlled group showed nonsignificant difference in all test comparisons except in the category of verbal aggression.
