향악정재 <선유락(船遊樂)>의 변천 양상

Abstract

This study added and supplemented the history of <Seonyurak(船遊樂)> and the changing aspects of its dance procedures, costumes, and props described in an already published paper, 『The Changes of Hyangakjeongjae in the Joseon Dynasty』. In order to carry out the purpose of this study, recordings of <Seonyurak> performances in the court during the reign of King Jeongjo’s『Wonhaeng-eulmyojeongri Uigwe』<Bongsudangjinchando>, King Cheoljong’s『Jungsamumudoholki』, and King Gojong’s『Jungj ae Mudo holki』were compared with recordings of『Gyobanggayo』perfor med during folk banquets. The changes in <Seonyurak> were examined by dividing and comparing music, cast, dance procedures, costumes, and props. As a literature study of Hyangakjeongjae <Seonyurak>, this study tries to clarify the transmission process and the changing aspects of each period by classifying the records of each literature into tables based on period and genre, including <Seonyurak>, which was performed during Jinchan during the reign of King Cheoljong, which has not been studied before. The study on the changing aspects of each event can be said to be a basic study for expanding into a follow-up study on the overall court Jeongjae. This study is expected to be provided as basic data for younger students who study Jeongjae as a literature study to examine the changes and aspects of <Seonyurak> over time.
