이 연구는 부동산학 교육을 통한 ‘부동산 ’개념의 인식변화가 어떻게 변하는지 알고자 연상법에 의한 단어를 분석하여 핵심 이미지, 주요 이슈 등을 실제 파악하였다. 부동산 교육 전후 ‘부동산 개념’의 인식변화 과정을 파악하기 위해 연상되는 키워드를 파악하고 교육 후 인식 변화를 검증하기 위해부동산학 전공 신입생과 타전공 신입생을 대상으로 15주간 부동산학 교육전과 교육후의 단어 연상법을 통한 서술식 설문지를 통해 참여관찰을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부동산학 전공 학생의 경우 부동산서비스 업종에 해당하는 감정평가사, 공인중개사, 주택관리사 등 진로와 관련하여 세분화되었으며, 부동산 이용의 개념에서 종합적이고 학제적인 학문의 영역으로 확산되었다. 둘째, 타전공 학생의 경우는 부정적 인식에서 부동산 시장과 관련된 전문용어가 나타났다. 또한 전공과 상관없이 공통적인 사항으로는 부정적인 소유의 개념에서 이용의 개념으로 바뀌었으며, 인간의 부동산활동 중심의 개념이 나타났다. 결론적으로 오늘날 사람들은 부동산은 소유여부를 떠나 과거보다 훨씬 다양한 부동산활동을 영위하고 있으며, 부동산의 소유, 이용, 관리활동들이 늘어나면서 부동산시장과 밀접한 용어들과 관련이 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 올바른 눈으로 부동산 시장을 관찰하고 정확한 분석을 바탕으로 부동산 연구를 하는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 많은 연구자들은 부동산 과학이 종합적인 응용과학이라는 사실을 깨닫고, 부동산 시장의 환경변화와 함께 부동산의 교육철학과 비전을 제시하는 방법을 고민하고 개발해야 한다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the words under the associative method to understand the change in perception of 'real estate concept' through real estate education and actually grasped key images, key issues, etc. In order to identify the keywords associated with the change in perception of 'real estate concept' before and after real estate education, freshmen of real estate department and freshmen of other majors were surveyed through a descriptive questionnaire through the word association method of real estate education and post-education for 15 weeks. In summary, the results of the study are as follows. People today can see that regardless of property ownership, real estate activities have become more diverse than in the past, and that the real estate market is closely related with the real estate market as property ownership, use and management activities increase. Therefore, it is desirable to observe the real estate market with the right eye and to study real estate based on accurate analysis. Many researchers should realize the fact that real estate science is a comprehensive application science, and consider and develop how to present the educational philosophy and vision of real estate with changes in the environment of the real estate market.
