This thesis is a research to confirm whether to compose conceptual position being very recognized the meaning of the real estate term by the flow in the age. The structure that divided ten years from 1977 to 2012 by the unit for this at the time of 5 period, made the presence of the acknowledgment a viewpoint with the meaning connection net, and changed was looked about. The term of the real estate confirmed the related terminologies the seat was taken by a center term while tracing the age, position of a high-ranking hierarchy was occupied, and with the model derived and were produced as a result of analyzing it. This is judged to be a result of which the complex concept of the real estate on which professor Kim young jin insisted with expanding the field of the real estate study consists under mutual relations to another study.
