소비자표준현황 및 수요조사와 소비자표준정책의 활성화방안 모색: 소비자, 기업, 정부의 역할을 중심으로

Abstract

This study investigated cognition and demand for consumer standards in consumers and workers in firm what is needed to be standardized in consumer standards. In addition, this study suggested the direction of consumer standards policy based on professional survey. The results of this study were below. First, consumer's interests and recognition for the importance of standards were high, but low in demand for consumer standards. Second, interests and recognition of the importance of standards were high in workers in fims than in consumers, but not high in the recognition of importance of consumer standards and demand for it. Third, overall, person who is male, married, not living near Seoul, and workers in firms recognized that consumer standards were import. Overall, married, living near Seoul, the age of 20's and over 50's recognized strongly for the importance of consumer standards. Finally, as an appropriate strategy, it is suggested the extension of policy relating consumer standards including personal living area, service area, and consumer products, enlargement of consumers participation for consumer standardization procedure, consumer-oriented policy in standardization, promotion for consumer standards, raising professional person in the area of standards, and governmental supports for consumer activities in international consumer standards field.
