It educates and evaluates administrative work, experience, safety, hygiene, and case to alternative tourist worker. As a result of examining the difference of job satisfaction according to recognition degree of education evaluation factor, first, there was a difference in perception of job satisfaction according to recognition degree of educational practicality among educational components. However, there is no difference in the perception of job satisfaction between the educational system appropriateness factor and the content redundancy factor. Second, there was a difference in perception of job satisfaction according to the degree of recognition for evaluation factor.
Abstract
