Abstract

On Study is a focus to discuss the curriculum of institutions of higher education need to private investigator education since the legislation in the private investigation business. To this end, national and international research, overseas training courses practices, and domestic experts FGI (Focus Group Interview) was placed on the foundation contents. The results were as follows. First, the major basic course is composed as follows; private investigation regulations, criminology, law theory, civil law general provisions, introduction of private investigation, introduction of general investigation, forensics, human relations, professional ethics, cybercrime, practical presentations, based on computer literacy, organizational behavior, introduction of private security, practical office information management etc. Second, the major required courses is composed as follows; Survey technique by obtaining information, information research and collection techniques, evidence gathering techniques, investigation techniques utilizing electronic equipment. tracking techniques, information analysis, fingerprint investigation techniques, graphological investigation. scientific equipment utilization techniques, surveillance techniques, subject tracking techniques, latency and shadowing techniques, stolen property investigation and tracking techniques, etc. Third, the major optional courses is composed as follows; Understanding of crime victims, statement writing techniques, subjects interrogation techniques, civil procedure law, criminal procedure law, understanding of real estate, real estate laws, insurance laws, life assurance, insurance against loss, insurance-crime, traffic laws, understanding of traffic safety, understanding of car structure, the traffic accident investigation and analytics, etc. Finally, The initial private investigation business fails to be activated, it should be an active policy support.
