민간조사원 교육과정에 관한 연구

Abstract

In this study, as the role of the nation for the safety of the people grows and is emphasized in the wake of rapid changes and uncertainties in modern society, the activities of civilian investigators (or detectives) are required to be reduced in areas where the police's public power alone. In this regard, let's look at the theoretical and prior studies of private investigators (or detectives). Next, let's study the classification and utilization of the subjects and hours of education in the private research institutes of foreign countries (or detective) and the private research institutes of Korea (PI Academy) and the subjects and hours of education in the departments related to the private research institutes (or detective) and to see how the university (or graduate school) currently applies the subjects and hours of education in the departments related to the private research institutes. And I would like to present a private investigator (or detective) curriculum (proposal) applicable in our country. Finally, if it is deemed necessary to implement the system in earnest by systematically supplementing the limitations of activities due to problems such as invasion of privacy of private investigation (or detective) businesses, policy training should be carried out nationwide.
