태권도장 지도자의 감정노동과 긍정심리자본 및 번아웃의 관계

본 연구는 태권도장 지도자의 감정노동과 긍정심리자본 및 번아웃의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울⋅경기 지역에서 근무하는 태권도장 사범 196명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된자료를 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방적식모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과에 따른 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도장 지도자의 감정노동은 긍정심리자본에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도장 지도자의 감정노동은 번아웃에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도장 지도자의 긍정심리자본은 번아웃에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the among emotion labor positive psychological capital and burnout syndrome of Taekwondo Instructors. In order to achieve this, a sample of 196 was drawn out of the instructors in Taekwondo gym working in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The acquired data was analyzed through the descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analyses from the SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 program. The results obtained from this process were as follows. First, it was found that emotion labor of Taekwondo gym instructors had a negative effect on positive psychological capital. Second,it was found that emotion labor of Taekwondo gym instructors had a positive effect on burnout syndrome. Third, it was found that positive psychological capital of Taekwondo gym instructors had a negative effect on burnout syndrome.
