국·내외 발레 아카데미 예술교육프로그램의 고찰

인간에게는 본성적으로 아름답고 선한 것을 추구하려는 열망이 내재되어 있다. 인류가 존재한 이래 수많은 예술이 행해졌고, 찬란한 문화가 꽃피게 되었다. 그러나 인류의 삶의 방식과 사고가 변화할 때마다 예술 역시 그에 따라 다채롭게 변화, 발전되었다. 이러한 변화발전의 역사를 가능케 한 원동력은 인간에게 내재된 미에 대한 열망이지만, 그것을 유지시켰던 것은 계승과 발전을 위한 교육 덕분이었다. 즉, 인간은 예술을 향유하고 발전시키기 위해서, 그것을 제작하고 경험하고 향유하기 위한 교육을 받아왔던 것이다. 그러나 실제적인 삶에서 활용할 수 있는 지식 전수가 아닌 예술교육이 그 중요성을 인정받게 된 것은 예술이 구현하는 조화롭고 아름다운 원리가 인간의 인격을 형성하고 또 조화롭게 고양시키는데 도움을 준다는 것을 알았기 때문이다. 이러한 예술교육에 대한 기대는 시대적 요청과 함께 현대인의 예술에 대한 관심의 증가로 더욱 증폭되고 있다. 예술교육이 필요하다는 인식과 함께 학교에서 행해지는 평준화된 예술 교육에 부족함을 느끼고, 좀 더 다양하고 전문적인 예술교육을 받고자 하는 목소리가 높아지고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 수요에 부응하기 위해 다양한 장르의 예술 및 문화 단체에서 다양한 교육방법을 고안하여 교육프로그램을 운영해 나가려는 움직임이 가시화되고 있다. 이러한 예술교육을 통해 예술적 체험을 해 보는 것뿐만 아니라 그러한 경험을 통해 다양한 감각적 창의력과 독창성 및 사고력과 종합 분석하는 능력도 계발될 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요한 포인트이다. 이러한 능력함양은 현대를 살아가는 사람들이 체득해야 하는 경쟁력 있는 학습으로 주목받고 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문은 현재 운영되고 있는 다양한 예술 교육 프로그램 가운데에서도 무용에 한정하고, 그 가운데서도 체계적 교육 프로그램이 행해지고 있는 국.내외 발레 아카데미의 교육 프로그램을 고찰하여 보았다.
Abstract
In These days, technical development has released the time in a labor, and people are able to have much more their own time than ever before. In this condition people have an eager desire to enjoy the cultural benefits. But we can catch a hazard peril in this situation. Because people in the contemporary, who cannot help striving to maintain their social status and accomplish their social purpose, have no time to care themselves and come true their own dream in fact. Education of art has a very long history from the ancient time. Since that time the human being has been educated the others through art for the purpose of succeeding their own knowledge and the culture, and building up their descendants in harmony. As a result, we should organize the educational program in a view of cultivating the harmonious men, and it should be accomplished as a system of a lifelong education step by step. Besides, by developing and diffusing the educational system of ballet, not just as a teaching or training of technique but as an instruction for the cultivation of aesthetic sentiments, we have to make it a footstone for the popularization of ballet and the arrangement of a basis about it.
