수돗물에 대한 위해도 인지 및 만족도에 대한 인과분석

본 연구는 수돗물 음용행동의 주요 원인인 수돗물에 대한 위해도 인지와 만족도가 수돗물에 관한 객관적 정보 뿐 아니라 복잡한 사회적, 문화적 심리적 요인에 영향을 받는다는 것에 기초하여 영향변수와 그 인과관계를 규명하는데 있다. 또한 이러한 인과관계가 음용행동 유형에 따라 어떠한가를 수돗물을 직접끓여 마시는 집단과 정수기생수를 사용하는 두 집단으로 나누어 비교하였다.수돗물에 대한 위해도 인지와 만족도의 영향변수로는 사회인구적 특성(성별, 연령, 가계소득, 교육수준, 거주지역의 크기), 수돗물에 대한 신뢰도, 지식, 문제경험도를 사용하여 전국의 환경관련 교사 395명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다.본 연구결과에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다.첫째, 수돗물에 대한 위해도 인지는 수돗물을 직접끓여 마시는 집단이나 정수기생수 사용집단 모두에서 문제경험도, 신뢰도, 성별에 의해 영향을 받고 있으나 그 설명력은 두 집단간에 큰 차이를 보이고 있다. 그러나 지식에 의해서는 영향을 받지 않고 있다.둘째, 수돗물에 대한 신뢰도는 두 집단 모두에서 위해도 인지와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수이며 특히 위해도 인지에 비해 만족도에 미치는 영향이 크게 나타나고 있다. 따라서 수돗물 음용확대를 위해서는 특히 수돗물에 대한 신뢰도를 높이려는 노력이 이루어져야 할 것이다.셋째, 사회인구적 변수의 영향은 음용행동 유형에 따라 차이가 있다. 성별은 위해도 인지에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 지식, 문제경험을 통하여 위해도 인지와 만족도에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 연령과 교육수준은 위해도 인지와 만족도에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 않고 간접적인 영향만을 미치고 있는데 연령은 수돗물을 직접끓여 마시는 집단에서만 지식을 통하여 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 교육수준은 정수기생수를 사용하는 집단에서만 신뢰도를 통하여 위해도 인지와 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting risk perception and general satisfaction of tap water and conceptualize a theoretical model according to tap water consumption patterns. Tap water consumption patterns were divided into 2 groups: straightboiled tap water and filtersbottled water. A number of antecedent variables (gender, family income, education level, residual area) and intervening variables such as confidence, knowledge, problem experience with tap water included in the analysis.Three hundred fifty-nine teachers are participated in this study. Stepwise multiple regression and path analysis were conducted.The results of this study are as follows:1.Risk perception of tap water was affected by confidence, knowledge, problem experience and gender in both groups. But the impact of the variables was greater in filtersbottled water group. 2.General satisfaction of tap water was affected by confidence in both groups. In straightboiled tap water group, other affecting variables were knowledge, problem experience with tap water. 3.Risk perception and general satisfaction of tap water were indirectly affected by age and education. But causal relationships among these variables, intervening variables (knowledge, problem experience with tap water), risk perception and general satisfaction of tap water were different in 2groups.
