Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a Psychomotorik Program for ASD children that can support each sub-region of motor skills (sensitivity, balance, body control, movement control) and social skills (social trends, social cognition, social communication, social participation, and self-regulation). Based on psychomotor correlation theory, nine sub-areas of ASD children's motor skills and social skills were derived, and psychomotor correlation theory was analyzed to develop Psychomotorik Program. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, a total of 18 psychological exercise programs were conducted on the subjects, and then a post-test was conducted. The developed Psychomotorik Program was found to have a positive effect on the improvement of the motor skills of ASD children, namely agility and balance, body control, and coordination and movement control. The developed psychological exercise program had a positive effect on the improvement of social skills of ASD children, that is, social trends, social cognition, social communication, social participation, and self-regulation. Therefore, the developed psychological exercise program needs to be used as an intervention strategy to improve the athletic ability and social skills of ASD children. Psychomotorik Program that develop the practical application of ASD intervention are abundant.
