Abstract
The Framework and Conditions of China's Grand Strategy Lee, Hee-ok The aim of this paper is to examine the goals and implementation of China's grand Strategy that links political, economic and military means in an effort to advance the PRC's goals of great power status and renaissance of Chinese civilization. Especially the concept of grand strategy focus on comprehensive including socio-economic sides.In other to accomplish this aim, this paper explores the gaps between goals and structural limits, the possibilities of success of China's grand strategy. And rearrange of research trend of this topic.This paper, in present circumstances, it seems to be practically possible for us to realize this plan in the near future. However, there are broad domestic bottlenecks that must be solved as soon as possible including surplus labor in rural region, high employment, various economic fault lines. So this paper concluded China's strategy is propelled gradually based on political stability economic growth and social balance.In this context, Chinese foreign policy also was characterized by reactive realism that based on so-called concert system between China and U.S. And to harmonize high growth rate and various social differences.Finally this paper prospects China's calculative strategy are forced in the near to mid term, the natural longevity of this strategy then becomes largely a functions of long-term comprehensive development. However this paper evaluates China in 2020 have the limits of national power as compared with the developed countries yet.
