이 연구는 체육 분야 직업에 대한 흥미를 측정할 수 있게 개발된 체육진로흥미검사지 요인과 측정문항을 수정·보완 하고, 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 데 목적을 두고 수행됐다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 Holland 직업 흥미 이론과 체육직업분류체계(Sport Occupation Theme)를 바탕으로 6개 유형으로 분류하고 초기문항을 구성했다. 예비문항은 진로교육 및 측정도구 개발 전문가와 중등학생 50명에게 내용타당도 검증을 거쳐 96개를 선정했다. 검사지 개발을 위해 서울·경기 지역 중·고등학생 436명에게 설문조사를 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석을통해 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증했다. 최종 개발된 검사지는 6개 유형 72개 문항으로 구성되었다. 구체적으로 관계형, 탐구형, 창조형, 전략형, 관리형, 예능형 6개 유형과 각 유형별 유능감, 성격, 활동, 직업 4개 영역을 측정하는 12문항(유능감 3문항, 성격 3문항, 활동 3문항, 직업 3문항)으로 구성되었다. 이와 같은 절차를 거쳐개발된 체육진로흥미검사(version2)는 체육 분야 진로교육 및 상담 시 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a sport career interest scale that measures interest of general students in the occupations in sports field. In order to achieve research purposes, the 6 factors structure and initial questions were constructed based on the Holland Occupational Interest Theory and the Sport Occupational Theme. The initial questions were selected by experts on career education and measuring tools and 50 middle and high school students after verifying content validity. After conducting a survey of 436 middle and high school students to develop the final question, the validity and reliability were verified through a confirmatory factor analysis. The reconstructed Sport Career Interest Scale version2(SCIS-2) consists of 72 items of six types. six types of relational, exploratory, creative, strategic, management, and entertainment, and 12 questions for each type (three questions of ability, three questions of character, three questions of activity, three questions of profession). Developed through such a procedure, the "version 2" of physical education can be useful in training and counseling for the sports sector.
