본 연구는 집회시위 현장에서 소음에 지속적으로 노출되는 대화경찰의 직무스트레스와 직무소진의 관계를 규명하고, 사회적 지지가 미치는 조절 효과를 분석하였다. 경기남부경찰청 소속 대화경찰 258명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 다변량 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 집회시위 소음으로 인한 주관적 불편감은 직무스트레스에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서적 소진과 냉소주의를 증가시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 반면, 사회적 지지는 직무스트레스와 직무소진을 감소시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 집회시위 소음에 대한 주관적인 인식이 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 강조하며, 개인 맞춤형 스트레스 관리 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제기한다. 아울러 향후 집회시위 소음 관련 법령 개정 시 소음의 물리적 강도뿐만 아니라 소음의 종류, 음질, 주변 환경 등 다양한 요소를 종합적으로 고려해야 할 필요성을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between job stress and burnout among dialogue police officers who are continuously exposed to noise at assembly and demonstration sites, and to analyze the moderating effect of social support. A survey was conducted with 258 dialogue police officers from the Gyeonggi Southern Provincial Police Agency, followed by multivariate analysis. The results showed that subjective discomfort caused by noise at assemblies and demonstrations had a significant impact on job stress, increasing emotional exhaustion and cynicism. On the other hand, social support was found to have a reducing effect on job stress and burnout. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of subjective perception of noise at assemblies and demonstrations, suggesting the need to develop personalized stress management programs. Additionally, it implies that future revisions to laws related to noise at assemblies and demonstrations should consider various factors such as the type of noise, sound quality, and surrounding environment, in addition to the physical intensity of the noise.
