본 연구는 COVID-19 이후 대학생들의 취업관련 특성, 스트레스, 건강증진행위가 진로준비행동에 미치는영향을 확인하기 위해 시도하였다. 대상자는 대학생 120명이며, 2024년 5월 2일부터 10일까지 시행되었고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0 program을 이용하여 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 그 결과 스트레스와 건강증진행위는 양의 상관관계, 건강증진행위와 진로준비행동은 양의 상관관계, 스트레스와 진로준비행동은상관관계가 없었다. 다중회귀분석 결과 영향요인으로는 입학전형, 취업준비경험, 스트레스, 건강증진행위이었고, 수시보다 정시(β=.210, p<.01), 취업준비경험(β=.187, p<.05)이 있을수록, 스트레스(β=.163, p<.05)가 있을수록, 건강증진행위(β=.461, p<.001)가 높을수록 진로준비행동이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 스트레스와 건강증진행위를 고려하는 진로지원 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effects of employment-related characteristics, stress, and health-promoting behaviors on career preparation behaviors among university students after COVID-19. The subjects were 120 university students, and the study was conducted from May 2 to May 10, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 29.0 program. The results showed a positive correlation between stress and health-promoting behaviors, a positive correlation between health-promoting behaviors and career preparation behaviors, and no correlation between stress and career preparation behaviors. The multiple regression analysis indicated that regular admissions (β = .210, p < .01), employment preparation experience (β = .187, p < .05), higher stress levels (β = .163, p < .05), and higher health-promoting behaviors (β = .461, p < .001) were associated with higher career preparation behaviors. Therefore, based on the results of this study, career support programs that consider stress and health-promoting behaviors should be developed.
