유아교육실습생이 지각한 조직 건강 및 갈등이 교사 역할 인식에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유치원 교육실습생이 지각한 조직건강 및 갈등이 창의적인 교사 역할인식에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 서울, 경기지역 유아교육과 4학년 190명을 대상으로 하여 자료를 수집, 분석한 결과, 첫째, 교육실습생이 지각한 조직건강과 창의적인 교사 역할인식은 다섯 영역 모두에서 밀접한 정적 예언관계가 있었다. 둘째, 교육실습생이 지각한 갈등과 창의적인 교사 역할인식은 하위영역별로는 약간 다른 양상을 보였으나 전체적으로는 모두 밀접한 부적 예언관계가 있었다. 결과적으로 조직건강 및 갈등은 창의적인 교사 역할인식을 예언하는 중요한 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다.

Abstract

This study explores the effects of school organizational health and the conflicts experienced by student teachers on student teachers’ recognition of creative teachers' role. The dimensions of school organizational health are concerned with effectiveness, renovation, adaptation, coherance, and leadership. The dimensions of the conflicts experienced by student teachers are taken from Lee’s 2002 study and are concerned with the conflicts student teachers may experience with regard to themselves, their supervising teachers, the children they teach, the teacher training institution, and their teaching colleagues. With regard to teacher's role in promoting creativity, this study uses the established sub-areas such as perseverance, fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Subjects were 190 student teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Data were analyzed by regression analysis using an SPSS computer program. The results of this study are as follows: first, there were significant positive relationships between a school’s organizational health and student teachers’ recognition of creative teachers' role across all sub-areas. Second, there were also significant negative relationships between the sub-areas of student teachers’ conflict and student teachers’ recognition of creative teachers' role across all sub-areas. Thus, school organizational health and student teachers' conflicts were found to be statistically significant factors in predicting creative teachers' role.
