연구목적: 본 연구는 장애인의 직업능력이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 장애수용의 조절효과를 탐색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 위해 한국 장애인고용공단 고용개발원의 2021년 장애인고용패널조사자료를 활용하여, 직업능력, 자기효능감, 장애수용을 질문한 문항과 응답을 추출하였다. 총 3031명의 데이터를 사용하였고, 분석에 사용된 모든 문항은 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 거쳐 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 이후 조절효과를 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석과 Process Macro를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 장애인의 직업능력 수준은 부정적으로 나온 데에 반해, 장애인의 자기효능감 수준과 장애수용 수준은 긍정적으로 나타났으며, 직업능력과 자기효능감, 직업능력과 장애수용, 장애수용과 자기효능감 모두 유의미한 긍정적인 상관관계를 가졌다. 둘째, 장애수용이 직업능력과 자기효능감 사이에서 부(-)적인 조절효과를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 장애인의 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위해 직업능력과 장애수용, 자기효능감을 모두 고려하는 실질적이고 종합적인 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of self-efficacy within the impact of vocational ability on disability acceptance. Method: Data from the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled in 2021, which deals with job ability, self-efficacy, and disability acceptance was utilized to achieve the purpose of the study, and the answers of 3,031 people were extracted. The reliability and validity of questions from the survey were all analyzed. To analyze the moderating effect, multiple regression analysis and Process Macro were used. Results: First, the level of vocational ability of the people with disabilities within the study was below average, but the level of self-efficacy and the level of disability acceptance were above average. The correlation between job ability and self-efficacy, job ability and disability acceptance, and disability acceptance and self-efficacy were meaningfully positive, according to the statistics. Second, the moderating effect of disability acceptance was negative on the effect of job ability on self-efficacy. Conclusion: Based on the results, the comprehensive and practical ways to improve the self-efficacy of people with disabilities are shown, considering the vocational ability and disability acceptance.
