본 연구는 2016년부터 국내 모든 중학교에서 전면적으로 실시된 자유학기제에 관한 오피니언마이닝 분석 기법의 활용을 위해 자유학기제를 핵심 테마로 설정하여 뉴스, 블로그, 커뮤니티, 소셜미디어 등 인터넷 미디어의 비정형 데이터를 수집하였다. 자유학기제 도입 전인 2014년부터 도입 시기까지의 수집된 모든 데이터를 빅데이터화하여 전처리 과정을 수행하고, 데이터 분류와 필터링을 거친 한국어 감성사전을 구축함으로써 해당 클라이언트들의 평판 분석을 도출하여 감성사전의 신뢰도 및 정확도 향상과 오피니언마이닝 분석기법의 효과적인 활용에 대한 방법론을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구 결과를 통해 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 자유학기제가 갖고 있는 부작용의 최소화 방안 및 향후 개선점에 대한 가이드라인으로 활용할 수 있는 솔루션을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
In this study, we purpose of this study is to collect the informal data of internet media such as news, blog, community, and social media by setting the free semester theme as a core theme in order to utilize Opinion Mining analytical technique on the free semester system that is implemented in all middle schools in Korea since 2016. Before the introduction of the free semester system, all the collected data from 2014 to the introduction period were processed by preprocessing of the big data, and Korean sentiment dictionary was constructed through data classification and filtering to analyze the opinion minds of the clients amd methodology for effective use of Opinion Mining analysis techniques. The results of this study can be used as a guide for minimizing the side effects and improving the future of the free semester which is a social issue.
