초록
본문은 주희의 내성외왕의 관계를 통하여 그의 사회철학의 위상을 재설정하였다. 주희는 개인의 도덕적 수양 못지않게 현실참여를 중시하고, 자신의 이상을 실현하도록 노력하였다. 주희는 치국의 근본을 군주의 마음을 바로잡는 것에 두고 있다. 그 이념적인 근거는 주희 형이상학에 있어서 천리의 보편성과 기질의 차별성에 둘 수 있다. 즉 인류는 공통으로 존엄하지만, 자질의 불완전성으로 인하여 군주조차도 올바르지 못한 기질을 변화시키도록 노력해야 한다는 것이다.이를 바탕으로 주희는 현실 통치의 중심을 조정의 기강 확립에 두고 있다. 이는 군주와 신하간의 역할 분장과 공론을 통한 관료의 선발과 운용 및 정치적 결정의 절차적 공정성을 의미한다. 그 이념적인 근거는 주희 형이상학에 있어서 천리 혹은 천의 마음의 공정성에 둘 수 있을 것이다. 즉 주희에 있어서 천 혹 천명관념은 절대적자의적이지 않고 공정성을 그 특징으로 하고 있듯이, 천명을 수행하는 통치 집단도 마땅히 공정해야한다는 것이다.주희는 이러한 형이상학적 근거에 의거하여 자신의 이상적인 정치이념을 실현하고자 하였다.
Abstract
This paper' aim is re-setting a position of Zhu Xi's social philosophy though Zhu Xi's relationship conception of sagliness within and kingliness without. He is emphasize not only moral cultivation of one´s mind but also take part in the national government, and strive after an ideal. According to Zhu Xi, basis of governing a country is letting in straightening the mind of the sovereign. Ideological basis of this assertion is Zhu Xi's metaphysics, that is Zhu Xi's thesis of universality and the substrate of the law of nature(天理). Though the mankind anyone is dignified, as their's character is imperfect even the sovereign not to be able to be proper in order to change the substrate which it cannot with imperfect characteristic of temperament. Zhu Xi put the center of actuality rule consequently in enforcement of discipline of the government. This is consist of take partial charge of the work about the sovereign and the retainer, and a fair selection and use of the retainers, and political decision of the bureaucracy which is fair. According to Zhu Xi's metaphysics, the Heaven or Heaven order is not absolute and willfulness, the process is characteristic with the feature. Consequently on basis of Zhu Xi's metaphysics, he strive after his political ideal.
