본 연구는 경상북도 산하 공공기관들의 구성원들을 대상으로 공공기관의 ESG경영이 사회적 기업가정신에 영 향을 미쳐, 조직시민행동을 이끄는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공기관의 ESG경영을 환경, 사 회, 거버넌스 경영을 포함한 것으로 보고, 사회적 기업가정신을 진취성, 혁신성, 위험감수성, 사회적지향성을 내 포한 것으로 살폈다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 경상북도 산하 공공기관 구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하 였고, 총 262개의 데이터를 수집하여, 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 공공기관의 ESG경영은 사회적 기업가정신 에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공공기관의 사회적 기업가정신은 구성원들의 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 공공기관이 지속가능경영과 조직의 내실화를 달 성하기 위해 반드시 갖춰야 하고 수행해야 하는 경영전략과 활동에 대해 시사하고 있다.
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the members of public institutions under Gyeongsangbuk-do whether the ESG management of public institutions influenced the social entrepreneurship, leading the organizational citizenship behavior. In this study, the ESG management of public institutions includes environmental, society, and governance management. In addition, this study regarded the social entrepreneurship as included in proactiveness, innovativeness, risk-taking, and social-oreinted. In order to conduct this study, a survey was conducted on members of public institutions under Gyeongsangbuk-do, and a total of 262 data were collected and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the ESG management of public institutions has a positive impact on the social entrepreneurship. In addition, the social entrepreneurship of public institutions has been confirmed to have a positive impact on the organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study suggests the management strategy and activities that public institutions must have and perform to achieve sustainable management and organization's internalization.
