Abstract
The purposes of this paper are to find out the factors affecting to the intention of using mobile internet service through the combination of technology acceptance model and flow theory. For this study, we make a research model based on the preceded papers about technology acceptance model and flow and analysis collected date from mobile internet service user. In the research model, we adopt the perceived effectiveness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived relevancy, perceived cost, flow to antecedent variables effecting on user's intention of using mobile internet service and adopt the intention of using mobile internet service to consequence variable. The research model has been empirically examined using responses from 729 users of the mobile internet service. The results of the data analysis generally support the research model adopting many hypotheses among the proposed hypotheses. We found significant influence of perceived factors on the intention of using mobile internet service. The main results are like as follows. First, perceived usefulness is a positive driving factor on intention of using mobile internet service. Second, perceived cost is a negative driving factor on intention of using mobile internet service. Third, the heightening of degree of flow lead to the increase of intention of using mobile internet service.
