초록

This study identifies key attributes for improving adult Taekwondo and establishes core clusters to guide the development of programs that reflect the actual needs of adult practitioners. The findings provide foundational data that can contribute to the qualitative enhancement of training and the formulation of demand-oriented policies. Data were collected from Naver, Daum, and Google using the keywords “adult,” “taekwondo,” and “improvement.” Text mining and social network analysis (SNA) were then conducted. Keyword frequency analysis revealed frequent use of “taekwondo,” “improvement,” “adult,” “exercise,” “education,” “child,” “school,” “health,” “academy,” and “disability.” TF-IDF analysis yielded similar results, identifying “taekwondo,” “exercise,” “education,” “school,” “adult,” “child,” “disability,” “health,” “academy,” and “improvement” as key terms. CONCOR analysis subsequently identified four thematic clusters: “Improving the Value and Image of Physical Education,” “Educational Activities and Operational Programs,” “Major Barriers,” and “Regional, Environmental, and Media Support (Systems).” These results reflect the current state of adult Taekwondo training and underscore the need for a user-centered, multi-layered approach to future program improvement and policy development.
