사회적 관계성 인지와 공공부조 수급액의 인과관계에 대한 분석

초록

본 연구는 공공부조 프로그램의 수급자가 자신의 사회적 관계를 어떻게 인지하고 있는가에따라 공적 소득이전의 변화가 유발되는지 검증하고자 하였다. 한국복지패널 2차, 4차, 6차, 8차의 종단 데이터를 이용하여 기초생활보장 수급액 변화에 잠재변수인 사회적 관계성 인지문항을 교차시켜 자기회귀교차지연모형(ACLM)을 적용하여 본 결과, 사회적 관계성을 좋게 인지할수록 수급액은 유의미하게 줄어드는 인과관계가 성립하였다. 같은 변수들을 이용하여 잠재성장모형을 시도하였으며, 각 측정변수들은 무선형모형보다 선형모형에서 더 높은 적합성을 보였으며, 개인차는 일부 변수에서만 유의미한 분산을 나타냈다. 또한 집단 간 등가 제약 검증을 통해 집단 간 비교 분석을 실시한 결과, 경로계수는 남녀 성별 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 존재하지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 빈곤 문제의 개선에 사회적 자본의 정책적 응용을 제안한다.

Abstract

This research verified that the variation of public income transfer is caused by the recipient recognized how to do his social relations. The causal relation which public assistance benefit level decreased significantly as he recognize his social relations positively, as the result that using ACLM to apply longitudinal panel data(KOWEPS), was established. I tried latent growth model using the same variables, each variables showed higher suitability in linear model rather than non-linear model, and the individual differences turned up significant distribution in some variables. Furthermore, path coefficient did not have noticeable distinction between sex groups after conducting an analysis of the differences among the groups though cross-group equality constraints. According to the result of this research, I suggest applying social capital in the policy to overcoming poverty.
