The purpose of this study is to assure that the goal of college level Chinese language education is developing communication competence in Chinese. To improve communication competence, this study researched possibility of more systematic teaching method for improving communication competence.Composition education helps Chinese adult learners improve their communication competence. Therefor this study designed more systematic method which is based on constructivism communicative language teaching.The results of this study suggest that 'CHIN-CHANGE' composition education model based on learner centered theory of constructivism. This model is expected to achieve Chinese communication competence, problem solving ability, thinking skill, creativity etc. by appling small group activities in cooperative learning and debate․discussion learning on integrated listening․speaking․reading․writing class.
