The Effect of The Reliability of The Cooking School Teachers on Learning Immersive and Learning Satisfaction - Moderating Effects on Educational Environments -

This study conducted an analysis of impact relationship between a reliability for teachers in cooking schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon regions and learning immersion and learning satisfaction. The analysis was intended to help students enrolled at cooking schools to become a cooking-related professional have successful learning immersion and learning satisfaction, further to help improve educational environment and learning courses of cooking schools and promote work ethic. This study is intended to propose the importance of education environment for school management running smooth schools based on a study of how cooking school instructor's reliability has impact relationship with students' learning immersion and learning satisfaction. Thus, a cooking school, above all, will have to make improvement by hiring instructors equipped with school's educational environment and professionalism to secure the creation of profitability and competitiveness. If efforts to secure such an educational environment are made, school's management performance will be naturally enhanced while possibly attracting many excellent students in a different way from other neighboring schools in competition. On top of this, holding highly reliable human resources in teaching with expertise and knowledge will lead to the improvement of cooking school's public image as well as growth of a cooking school and a driving force of development.
