退溪의 知行 개념 연구 - 「大學圖」와 「傳習錄論辨」을 중심으로 -

Abstract

What really knowing what to practice a separate issue, or is it the same problem. The problem is knowing what to practice constantly dealt with problems in Eastern and Western Philosophy. It has been the most talked about in Oriental philosophy is the Yangming’s concept of the Unity of Knowledge and Action. Yangming was criticized concept of the Chu-tzu’s Knowledge and Action. The study of inherited runners Toegye has been through the 「Chonsumnok nonbyon」 criticizing the doctrine of Yangming and relatively detailed critique of concept of the Unity of Knowledge and Action of them. So many scholars have argued in the Yangming Toegye of 「Chonsumnok nonbyon」 couldn’t take root on the Korean study. It also criticized the runners and Toegye defended the concept of the Unity of Knowledge and Practice. What is really reported as a separate concept of Knowledge and Practice? From questions on this paper it is aimed to analyze the concept that Knowledge and Practice Toegye understand. In order to understand the Toegye of Knowledge and Practice concepts I of 『Ten Diagrams on Sage Learning』fourth degree 「Diagram of The Great Learning」 revision process identifying Knowledge and Practice concepts, and analyze the following as 「Chonsumnok nonbyon」 the Unity of Knowledge and Action of Yangming through criticism identify the gist Knowledge and Practice looked at the concept of Toegye understand. Knowledge and Practice concepts and understand Toegye Based on this review it was any significance in modern society.
