연구 목적: 본 연구는 부산광역시 분쟁조정위원회의 공동주택관리 분쟁을 효율적이고 합리적으로 해결하는 방법을 연구하고 그 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 부산광역시의 분쟁조정위원회의 설치 및 실적에 대한 조사를 통해 입주민간 분쟁과 갈등을 해결하였는지 조사하였다. 부산경제정의실천시민연합 주거문화센터에서 부산광역시 16개 구와 군을 대상으로 분쟁조정위원회의 운영 실태와 현황과 문제점을 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 부산광역시의 분쟁조정위원회의 사례를 분석하여 문제점과 개선방안을 제시한다. 결론 및 제언: 공동주택관리 분쟁조정위원회의 분쟁 해결 기능을 개선을 통해 양질의 분쟁해결서비스를 제공함으로써 분쟁의 근본적인 발생을 줄이고 효율적이고 합리적인 해결방안을 제안하여 공동주택 입주민들의 분쟁해결에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract

Busan Metropolitan City Hall dispute mediation committee to analyze cases of problems and ways to improve.
