본 연구의 목적은 고교학점제 단계적 도입 로드맵에 따라 학교 현장에서 교수ㆍ학습 및 평가 관련 내용을 어떻게 준비하고 실행하는지 등에 대한 모니터링을 통해 고교학점제 안착을 위해 학교 현장에 지원해야 될 방안을 마련하고 이와 관련된 정책 개선안을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 학교 현장의 교사와 학생을 대상으로 설문조사와 면담을 실시하였고, 이를 통하여 고교학점제 도입에 따른 교수ㆍ학습 방법과 평가 역량의 제고를 위한 노력과 더불어 최소 성취수준 대상 학생의 지도 상황과 어려운 점을 파악할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 향후 고교학점제의 안정화를 위한 교수ㆍ학습 및 평가의 전문성을 신장하기 위한 연수 기회 제공과 최소 성취수준 보장 지도를 위한 행ㆍ재정적 지원의 확대 등의 학교 현장 지원 방안과 관련된 정책 제언을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 단계적 도입에 따른 2024년 고교학점제 운영과 2025년 고교학점제 본격 시행을 안정적으로 추진하는 데 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to monitor how to prepare and implement teaching, learning, and evaluation-related contents at schools in accordance with the roadmap for the phased introduction of the high school credit system, and to propose policy improvements related to the establishment of the high school credit system. To this end, surveys and interviews were conducted with teachers and students at the schools, and through this, it was possible to understand the guidance situation and difficulties of students with the minimum achievement level, as well as efforts to improve teaching and learning methods and evaluation capabilities due to the introduction of the high school credit system. Based on this, policy proposals related to on-site support for schools, such as providing training opportunities to enhance expertise in teaching and learning and evaluation to stabilize the high school credit system in the future, and expanding administrative financial support for guidance to ensure minimum achievement level, were derived. This study is expected to provide implications for stably promoting the operation of the high school credit system in 2024 and the full implementation of the high school credit system in 2025
