대학캠퍼스와 산학연협력단지의 지리·공간적 결합이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향 분석: 한양대 ERICA캠퍼스를 중심으로

Abstract

In this study, we analyze user satisfaction based on the close geographic and spatial association of universities and corporations (research institutes) within the university campus and its influence on industry-academia cooperation function vitalization. Furthermore, we present the advantages of industry-academia cooperation complexes. Results of this study revealed that compared to existing industrial complex campuses, industry-academia cooperation complexes may serve as an ideal alternative in the new paradigm of industry-academia cooperation education in the 21st century, in which on-the-job training and field education are provided simultaneously. Student groups showed high levels of satisfaction in educational environment, convenience of complex, and learning conditions, while also showing satisfaction in pleasant academic surroundings, formation of campus communities, help in preparation for start-ups and employment, capstone design projects and research opportunities in connection with experts, as well as rest and recreation. In the case of resident company (research institute) workers, satisfaction with location and innovation was found to have a positive effect on enhancing the competitiveness (economic feasibility) of resident companies. It was found that the improvement of innovativeness in connection with the university had an important influence. Lastly, it is judged that it is necessary to more actively develop and implement the industry-academia-research-research cluster integration and related programs through geographic and spatial integration so that the industry-university-research cooperation complex can play a role as a platform for revitalizing industry-university-research cooperation.
